Limit Series

Limit Series

In some cases, when plotting data there can be huge number of categorical values in the chart. In such cases we can limit to top or bottom values by using the limit series.

Click on Card Properties > Component Properties > Limit > click on the link icon.

Next click on Limit > select the column which you would like to limit it to > Ex: SalesAmount - by default SUM function is selected > click on the back button.

Next, click on Component Properties > change the ‘Limit Count’ to 2 to see the top 2 products with highest sales. You can see the bars are now only Product A and Product C.

You can change the Limit From Top to Bottom to get the lowest sales of 2 products.
