Do the below procedure if the following error message is displayed:
- Check if the ChromeDriver version is the same as the Google chrome version you are currently using.
To do this,
- Open Google Chrome.
- Go to Help -> About Google Chrome.
- Check the version of the Google Chrome.
- Go to C:/Python27
- Double click on the chromedriver.exe file.
- Check the version of the driver.
- In case it is not the same, download the ChromeDriver with the version that matches with the Google Chrome you are currently using from here.
- Rename the downloaded file as chromedriver.exe.
- Replace the existing chromedriver.exe in the C:/Python27 folder with the newly downloaded file.
- Restart the bot.
