Error: The “Unable to load the messenger” error is getting displayed when the user clicks on the Intercom icon at the bottom right-hand side of the screen in the Jiffy application.
Solution:
Navigate to Settings -> Users screen.
Select the required username (the username that is used for logging into Jiffy) to display the Settings -> User Properties screen.
Type the required Email ID in the Email address field.
Click on the Save button.
Log off from the Jiffy application and log in again.
