Basic Concepts

Understanding these basic concepts should help getting started on docube faster.

• Folders are used to logically group datasheets and presentations. It also helps to quickly share a work space between users.
• Datasheets - All data that you upload will be accessible to you as datasheets on docube. Datasheet effectively could be a R dataframe, a CSV file or an extract from another external database.
• You can manipulate existing datasheets and create new datasheets using simple sqls.
• You can also embed complex logic for manipulating datasets using spark programs.
• Presentations are visual representation of data available in datasheets.
