The machine shows unavailable in JAM GUI even though the Jiffy BOT system is up and running.
Cause:
This error occurs when the
Jasmine process is not running in the machine.
Details:
Jasmine is a user level process which gets invoked while user login to the windows BOT machine.
Solution:
- Check the status of the Jasmine service in Task Manager > Services.
- The Jasmine process should be started manually. After this, the system will be shown available in the JAM GUI.
- Double click on the JAMclientStartup bat file at C:\jiffyservice\JAM in order to start the Jasmine process.
